The headquarters of a real-estate giant is the first space a visitor reads before any contract is signed. For Emlak Konut, NSON designed, manufactured and installed a single-hand fit-out spanning the executive floor and the reception.
Executive desks, a lounge and reception with leather seating, meeting tables; each was treated as part of one material language. Stone and glass surfaces met wood and leather under the same discipline of detail, holding a single architectural tone across the floor.
NSON's role was to solve the hardest part of a contract project: keeping drawing-to-production and production-to-install in one hand. Because every design decision was made in its own workshop, the executive floor and the reception read as the work of one team, not separate suppliers.
