In a municipal service building, the management floor is the institution's public face. For Karacabey Municipality, NSON designed, manufactured and installed the executive floor and the open-plan work areas in one hand.
The executive and meeting areas were handled with a measured material language that carries the institution's gravity; the open offices brought the same language down to staff scale. The floor works as one composition that does not break at the transitions.
In public projects, schedule and budget discipline are decisive. Producing the design in NSON's own workshop and installing it on site removed the gap between drawing and delivery; the full responsibility of the contract process sat in one hand.
