2. Personal Data Processed

If you complete the contact/quote form on our website, we process your name, email address, phone number, company information and the content of your message. Technical data strictly required for the site to function is used only for that purpose.

If you create an account for our technical drawing archive (/cizimler), your name and e-mail address together with your account details are processed. Your password is never stored in plain text; only an irreversibly hashed form is kept.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to respond to your request and quote enquiry, to communicate with you, to deliver our product and project services, and to fulfil our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the establishment and protection of a right, legitimate interest and the formation of a contractual relationship upon your request under Article 5 of the KVKK; and, where required, on your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred only to legally authorised public authorities and to the suppliers/infrastructure providers we work with to deliver the service, limited to the stated purpose. It is not shared with third parties for marketing.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS: Our website hosting/CDN and our file and image storage are provided by service providers established outside Türkiye. Accordingly, when you use the site or submit a form, your data may be transferred to servers abroad solely to the extent technically necessary to deliver the service. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK), relying on your explicit consent where required.

6. Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and as prescribed by applicable legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used for its intended purpose, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to object to processing and to claim compensation for any damage.

8. Applications

You may submit requests regarding your rights to info@nson.com.tr. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
